My Rating

8/10

I hadn’t seen a single Tom Holland Spider-Man until my friend invited me to see this with her and her friends. I went ahead and watched the other three before this one.

Overall this movie was really good. I haven’t seen the Punisher’s TV Show but I really liked him in this. Him and Frank were hilarious the entire time, like a married couple arguing. I also was interested to meet Jean Grey and am curious to see how the X-Men overlap.

This movie has a lot of deeper meanings to it, some that hit home for me. Peter is struggling with MJ and Ned not remembering him after the end of the third movie, and he has to start over and be alone. At first he thinks being alone is best but the lesson of the movie is that it’s not a good idea to try to do everything alone. You need friends at least. It really hurt to hear MJ say what she said in this movie to Peter, and after my recent breakup I can relate to how Peter feels.

The movie is about every day being a new slate, you can improve yourself and you can still keep going even if the people you love don’t remember you or want to be in your life.

My ranking in order of my favorite Tom Holland Spider-Man movies from best to worst is:

1. Spider-Man No Way Home

2. Spider-Man Brand New Day

3. Spider-Man Far From Home

4. Spider-Man Homecoming
